Staff and members are busy preparing for the Open Day in two weeks time on Nov 9th, making cards, preparing prizes for the Tombola, and bringing food for the prize Hamper.

 

Michael Chamberlin and friends are continuing with the underwater themed Collage which they made using different materials, for example; Clay - on Octopus, starfish, and Sea Horse, Wood – on Ship Wreck and Treasure Chest, Wool – on Seaweed, as well as using shells, slate and beads. Members have also been painting different creations they made out of clay last week.

 

Gus has been doing hand massages for members which were greatly appreciated and very relaxing.

 

Headway 02 October 2012

 

Today we were preparing for Halloween, carving faces on Pumpkins and Painting and decorating Witches Hats.  There was also a Quiz with interesting facts about the festival.

 

Everyone was very busy making card’s to sell at the Autumn Fair next Friday. 

(And they all looked fantastic)

 

Members have remembered to bring the things for the Hamper which will make a great Raffle prize at the Fair for on lucky winner.
